4. Belajar hal baru. Pikirkan adakah hal baru yang ingin Anda kuasai? Jangan berhenti di keinginan saja, carilah cara untuk melaksanakannya. Menambah keterampilan sama artinya dengan menambah kepercayaan diri dan itu pasti menjadikan Anda tambah bahagia.
5. Beraktivitaslah! Lakukan aktivitas yang membuat Anda selalu aktif bergerak. Naik turun tangga, jalan-jalan kecil ketika menerima telepon, berkebun, atau lakukan apa pun yang membuat Anda bergerak. Peningkatan aktivitas, sejauh tidak dilakukan dengan drastis, akan menaikkan level energi Anda. Itu berarti mood Anda juga akan meningkat.
